What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Only Standard shipping is available at the moment.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship to all European Union Members.

For shipments to the rest of the world, please contact our customer service  at studio@pallas.pt to learn about our rates.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Mainland Portugal: between 2 and 4 working days. Delivery to the desired address is ensured by CTT between 9:00am and the 6:00 pm.

Azores and Madeira: up to 5 working days. Delivery to the desired address is ensured by CTT.

Other countries of the European Union: between 3 and 8 working days – Delivery to the desired address is ensured by CTT and national posts.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All shipping is ensured by CTT in Mainland Portugal, Azores and Madeira, other countries of the  European Union is ensured by CTT and national posts.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

For online shopping we accept bank transfer, credit and debit card and Paypal.

In every other physical stores, the purchase is done accordingly with the establishment in question.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. Online purchases are safe and it’s the most convenient way of shopping, even so take some precaution by not sharing your payment information with an unknown person.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

You can access www.pallas.pt on your devices mobile or desktop.

Choose one or more items by clicking “Add to Cart”;

Finalize the purchase;

Review your order;

Take note of the IBAN banking number for the banking transfer.

Proceed to payment and confirm order;

You will receive an order confirmation by email and a follow-up e-mail upon shipping.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If the purchase has already been made please contact us as soon as possible at studio@pallas.pt for further inquiries

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

If you have any questions regarding an item or purchase please contact our costumer services at studio@pallas.pt and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

How Can I Exchange a Product?

It is not possible to change any items purchased online.

All items store purchases are under the policies of the store itself.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you can proceed with your return within 14 days after receiving them. The right to return only occurs if the products have not been used or washed unless to unsure the shape and size fittings. The product must maintain its original tags and features. Shipping costs of returning an item are the client’s responsibility.

How to return a Product?

– When returning a product you can ask for a total refund or to be send a pre-paid voucher from Pallas Store.

All products refund must be send to the following address accompanied with the item reference and reason for their return.
